Each Windows device running the ShadowLatch agent uses one seat. A Windows Server edition takes a server seat; a workstation edition takes a workstation seat unless you choose to treat it as a server. You choose how many seats of each plan to buy.
Core sees everything and blocks applications, destinations and content categories. Control adds fleet-wide control: owner and country policies, threat feeds, inbound policies, protocol controls, schedules, Lockdown and companies. Complete adds six months of history, webhook alerts and priority support. Server plans add the exposure view, intruder blocking and reputation shared across your servers.
Pay for ten months and get twelve: 2 months free, billed once a year per seat.
Workstations and servers count together. 25 or more devices takes 10% off; 100 or more devices takes 20% off; 250 or more devices takes 30% off, on every seat on the account, on top of yearly billing. Above 500 devices, email us for a quote.
